Description

A delightful fusion of tender chicken, garlic sauce, and creamy rice that is perfect for impressing family and friends.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup long-grain rice
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper before placing them in the skillet. Cook until browned, about 5–7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Stir in the rice and cook for another minute, allowing it to become slightly toasted.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low, returning the chicken to the skillet.
  6. Cover and cook for 20 minutes, or until the rice is tender and has absorbed the liquid.
  7. Remove from heat and mix in the grated parmesan until fully incorporated.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
