Description

Quick and flavorful no-bake protein balls packed with chocolate and peanut butter, perfect for on-the-go snacking.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup natural creamy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed or chia seeds (optional)
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Measure all your ingredients.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, ground flaxseed (if using), and a pinch of sea salt. Stir well.
  3. Add peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until the mixture starts to come together.
  4. Fold in mini chocolate chips. Refrigerate for 5-10 minutes if the dough is sticky.
  5. Roll into 1-inch balls using your palms.
  6. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
  7. Transfer to an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 3 months.

Notes

For nut-free option, substitute peanut butter with almond butter. Use sugar-free alternatives for honey if desired.
