Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, add the softened butter, cranberry sauce, honey, vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. Beat the mixture on medium speed until everything is well-blended and smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Transfer the cranberry honey butter into a serving dish.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld and the butter to firm up.
