Description

Delicious and festive meatballs made with ground beef, coated in a tangy cranberry glaze, perfect for holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, finely chopped onion, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well integrated.
  3. Shape the mixture into small meatballs—about 1 inch in diameter—and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. In a separate bowl, stir together the cranberry sauce, barbecue sauce, and soy sauce until smooth.
  5. Pour the sauce generously over the meatballs, ensuring they are coated.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and golden.
  7. Serve warm, perfect for an appetizer, party dish, or holiday celebration.

Notes

For a lighter version, swap ground beef with ground turkey or a plant-based alternative.
