Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh apples, diced (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
- 1 cup milk or a dairy-free alternative
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 cup maple syrup or brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, mixing until combined. Fold in the diced apples.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared dish and bake for about 40 minutes, or until golden and set in the center.
