Description

These meatballs, infused with garlic and parmesan, offer a delightful explosion of flavor that’s hard to resist.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or Italian seasoned)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 large egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until just combined; avoid over-mixing to keep the meatballs tender.
  4. Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Notes

Consider using day-old bread for the breadcrumbs to enhance texture. For extra moisture, a splash of milk can be added to the beef mixture.
