Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 4 slices Soft white bread
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
- Optional: a pinch of Sugar
Instructions
- Boil the eggs in water for about 10 minutes. Once cooked, cool them in cold water.
- Peel the eggs and mash them in a bowl.
- Mix in mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar if using.
- Spread the mixture onto two slices of bread.
- Top with the remaining bread slices and press down gently.
- Trim the edges if desired, then slice in half or quarters.
