- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

- ½ tsp Black Pepper

- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- ¼ cup Ketchup

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, eggs, milk, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Sprinkle in salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and brown sugar. Mix until just combined—avoid overmixing.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a lightly greased baking dish.
- Spread the ketchup over the top of the meatloaf, ensuring an even layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through (internal temperature should reach 160°F or 71°C).
- Once done, remove from the oven and allow it to rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
