- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, milk, egg, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix everything until well blended.
- Shape the mixed ingredients into a loaf and transfer it to a baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the ketchup, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Pour the glaze over the meatloaf, ensuring it’s evenly coated.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the glaze is bubbly and caramelized.
- Allow the meatloaf to rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
