Ingredients
- 1 lb ribeye steak or sirloin, thinly sliced
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 4 large tortillas
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers, sauté until soft (about 5-7 minutes).
- Add the thinly sliced steak to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned (around 3-4 minutes).
- Remove skillet from heat, take a portion of the steak and vegetable mixture, and place it on a tortilla.
- Top each wrap with a slice of provolone cheese.
- Roll the tortilla tightly around the filling to enclose it.
- For extra crispiness, grill the wraps in a panini press or skillet until golden and cheese is melted.
- Serve the wraps warm for the best experience.
