Description

A hearty and easy-to-make wrap filled with tender steak, gooey cheese, and sautéed vegetables, perfect for busy weeknights or family brunch.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ribeye steak or sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers, sauté until soft (about 5-7 minutes).
  2. Add the thinly sliced steak to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned (around 3-4 minutes).
  3. Remove skillet from heat, take a portion of the steak and vegetable mixture, and place it on a tortilla.
  4. Top each wrap with a slice of provolone cheese.
  5. Roll the tortilla tightly around the filling to enclose it.
  6. For extra crispiness, grill the wraps in a panini press or skillet until golden and cheese is melted.
  7. Serve the wraps warm for the best experience.

Notes

Feel free to swap provolone for your favorite melty cheese or use chicken for a lighter option.
