Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup nut butter (e.g., peanut butter or almond butter)
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips or dried fruit (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts or seeds (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, nut butter, honey or maple syrup, and protein powder. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- If desired, fold in chocolate chips and nuts or seeds for added texture and flavor.
- Form the mixture into small balls, roughly 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the protein balls on a tray and refrigerate them for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Once chilled, enjoy your protein balls as a nutritious snack or sweet treat!
