Description

Quick and delightful protein balls perfect for a nutritious snack or post-workout boost.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup nut butter (e.g., peanut butter or almond butter)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips or dried fruit (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts or seeds (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, nut butter, honey or maple syrup, and protein powder. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  2. If desired, fold in chocolate chips and nuts or seeds for added texture and flavor.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls, roughly 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the protein balls on a tray and refrigerate them for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Once chilled, enjoy your protein balls as a nutritious snack or sweet treat!

Notes

Store protein balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. For longer storage, freeze them.
