Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup nut butter (peanut or almond)
- 1/2 cup protein powder (whey, plant-based, or vegan)
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips or dried fruit (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients until well mixed.
- Roll the mixture into small balls about the size of a tablespoon.
- Place the protein balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm them up.
