Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth or stock
- 1 onion, finely chopped

- 1 teaspoon dried thyme (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, sauté the chopped onion in a splash of oil until softened, about 5 minutes.
