Description

A delightful blend of savory dumplings and comforting broth, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of dumplings (potstickers)
  • 6 cups of chicken or vegetable broth
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 2 cups fresh greens (spinach, bok choy, or similar)
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Soy sauce to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame oil (optional)


Instructions

  1. Heat the broth in a large pot over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger; bring it to a gentle simmer.
  2. Carefully place the dumplings into the pot, and cook them according to the package instructions until they’re heated through.
  3. Stir in the fresh greens and let them wilt for around 2-3 minutes.
  4. Season your soup with soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Drizzle in some sesame oil if desired.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions and enjoy your comforting soup!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days or freeze for longer storage.
