Ingredients
- 1 package of dumplings (potstickers)
- 6 cups of chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 2 cups fresh greens (spinach, bok choy, or similar)
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Soy sauce to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame oil (optional)
Instructions
- Heat the broth in a large pot over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger; bring it to a gentle simmer.
- Carefully place the dumplings into the pot, and cook them according to the package instructions until they’re heated through.
- Stir in the fresh greens and let them wilt for around 2-3 minutes.
- Season your soup with soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Drizzle in some sesame oil if desired.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and enjoy your comforting soup!
