Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 8 ounces linguine pasta
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Optional: crushed red pepper flakes for heat
Instructions
- Cook linguine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, around 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in the chicken pieces, seasoning with paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
- Combine the cooked linguine with the chicken mixture in the skillet. Toss well to coat.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and, if desired, sprinkle with red pepper flakes before serving.
Notes
For an appealing presentation, layer the linguine on a platter and top it with the chicken mixture. Pair with a fresh green salad or garlic bread.
