Description

A delightful combination of tender chicken and vibrant flavors served over linguine.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 8 ounces linguine pasta
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Optional: crushed red pepper flakes for heat


Instructions

  1. Cook linguine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, around 1-2 minutes.
  4. Stir in the chicken pieces, seasoning with paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Combine the cooked linguine with the chicken mixture in the skillet. Toss well to coat.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and, if desired, sprinkle with red pepper flakes before serving.

Notes

For an appealing presentation, layer the linguine on a platter and top it with the chicken mixture. Pair with a fresh green salad or garlic bread.
