Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk (or your choice of milk)
- 2 apples, peeled and chopped
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
- ½ cup yogurt or dairy-free alternative (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the oats, baking powder, and cinnamon.
- Stir in the almond milk until combined.
- Fold in the chopped apples and maple syrup if using.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for about 30 minutes or until the top is golden and set.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. This dish also freezes well in portions for up to a month.
