Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup beef broth
- Optional: sliced green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning evenly over the chicken.
- Add the cream cheese and pour the beef broth over the top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for about 3 hours, until the chicken is cooked through.
- Once done, shred the chicken directly in the slow cooker using two forks.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and incorporated.
- Serve warm.
