Description

Delicious and versatile burgers that bring people together, perfect for any meal occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)
  • 1/2 cup beef bacon, diced (optional)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 4 cheese slices (American or cheddar)
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Toppings: lettuce, tomato, pickles, or anything you prefer

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix ground beef with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until just combined.
  2. Form the mixture into patties, slightly larger than the hamburger buns.
  3. If using beef bacon, cook it in a skillet until crispy, then set aside.
  4. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patties for 4-5 minutes per side for medium doneness.
  5. Add a slice of cheese on each patty during the last minute to melt.
  6. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
  7. Assemble the burgers by placing each patty on a bun and adding desired toppings.

Notes

For juicy patties, make a small indentation in the center before cooking and let them rest after cooking for better flavor.
