Ingredients

  • 2 cups penne pasta
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • Green onions, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Begin by cooking the penne pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the diced chicken to the skillet, cooking until browned and cooked through, approximately 7–10 minutes.
  4. Reduce the heat, and stir in the cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and chicken broth, allowing it to melt and create a creamy sauce.
  5. Once the sauce is well combined, fold in the cooked penne and shredded cheddar until everything is evenly coated.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions for a fresh touch.
