Description

Tender chicken coated in a crispy layer, paired with a creamy sauce, perfect for family gatherings and cozy nights.


Ingredients

  • Chicken tenders
  • Flour
  • Eggs
  • Seasoned breadcrumbs
  • Cream cheese
  • Ranch seasoning mix
  • Shredded cheese (like cheddar)
  • Optional: fresh herbs for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and seasoned breadcrumbs.
  3. Dredge each chicken tender in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Arrange the breaded tenders on a baking sheet and bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix cream cheese with ranch seasoning until smooth.
  6. Once the chicken is cooked, remove from the oven, and drizzle the creamy mixture over the tenders.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top, then return to the oven for 3–5 minutes, or until the cheese melts.

Notes

For an extra crispy coating, double-dip the chicken tenders in the egg and breadcrumbs. You can also experiment with spices like paprika or garlic powder.
