Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking oil for frying
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken tenders with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes.
- Prepare three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each tender in flour, shake off excess, dip in eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the coated tenders in batches, avoiding overcrowding.
- Fry for 5–7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through (check internal temperature is 165°F).
- Remove from the pan and place on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil.
Notes
For extra crispiness, consider using panko breadcrumbs. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
