Description

Delightfully crispy chicken tenders with a flavorful tender inside, perfect for family meals and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken tenders with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes.
  2. Prepare three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.
  3. Dredge each tender in flour, shake off excess, dip in eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the coated tenders in batches, avoiding overcrowding.
  5. Fry for 5–7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through (check internal temperature is 165°F).
  6. Remove from the pan and place on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil.

Notes

For extra crispiness, consider using panko breadcrumbs. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
