Ingredients
- 1 wheel of brie cheese (8 oz)
- 1 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- ½ cup pecans, chopped
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary or thyme (optional for garnish)
- Baguette slices or crackers for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the brie in a small oven-safe dish, leaving the rind on.
- Top the brie with cranberry sauce, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle the chopped pecans over the cranberry sauce, then add a dash of brown sugar.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the brie is warm and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, let it sit for a few minutes, and garnish with fresh herbs.
