Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortilla chips or crackers, for serving


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with the shredded sharp cheddar cheese until blended.
  2. Fold in the chopped pecans, dried cranberries, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Shape the mixture into a ball.
  4. Wrap the cheese ball tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
