Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortilla chips or crackers, for serving
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with the shredded sharp cheddar cheese until blended.
- Fold in the chopped pecans, dried cranberries, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into a ball.
- Wrap the cheese ball tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- When ready to serve, place it on a serving platter and pair with tortilla chips or your choice of crackers.
