Description

A sweet and creamy dip made with cream cheese, caramel, and crunchy toppings, perfect for fresh apples.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese block, softened
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup caramel dip
  • 2 tbsp toffee bits
  • 1 tbsp peanuts, chopped
  • 1 tbsp walnuts, chopped
  • Apples (for dipping)


Instructions

  1. Add the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract to a mixing bowl. Use a hand mixer to combine evenly.
  2. Heat the caramel dip in the microwave until pourable, using 15-second intervals.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture in the bottom of a serving dish.
  4. Pour the caramel over the cream cheese layer and spread evenly.
  5. Top with toffee bits, chopped peanuts, and chopped walnuts.
  6. Dip fresh apples into the dip and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Best enjoyed fresh.
