Description
A sweet and creamy dip made with cream cheese, caramel, and crunchy toppings, perfect for fresh apples.
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese block, softened
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup caramel dip
- 2 tbsp toffee bits
- 1 tbsp peanuts, chopped
- 1 tbsp walnuts, chopped
- Apples (for dipping)
Instructions
- Add the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract to a mixing bowl. Use a hand mixer to combine evenly.
- Heat the caramel dip in the microwave until pourable, using 15-second intervals.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture in the bottom of a serving dish.
- Pour the caramel over the cream cheese layer and spread evenly.
- Top with toffee bits, chopped peanuts, and chopped walnuts.
- Dip fresh apples into the dip and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Best enjoyed fresh.
