Description

A cozy and elegant pork chop dish with a creamy mushroom sauce, perfect for family dinners or entertaining guests.


Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 4 pork chops
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder


Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the pork chops generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Cook the pork chops in the skillet for 5-7 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the cream of mushroom soup and milk, stirring until well combined and heated through.
  5. Return the pork chops to the skillet and coat them with the sauce, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley or thyme if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat to an internal temperature of 165°F before serving.
