Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 4 pork chops
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season the pork chops generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Cook the pork chops in the skillet for 5-7 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the cream of mushroom soup and milk, stirring until well combined and heated through.
- Return the pork chops to the skillet and coat them with the sauce, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Serve immediately, garnished with parsley or thyme if desired.
Notes
