Ingredients
- 14.75 oz can salmon, drained
- 1/3 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil or avocado oil
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp chopped dill pickle
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1/4 tsp fine sea salt
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained salmon, chopped red onion, and celery.
- Add the Greek yogurt, olive oil, Dijon mustard, dill pickle, and dried dill.
- Use a fork to gently mix everything together until well combined.
- Taste the salad and adjust the seasoning if necessary, adding more salt and freshly ground black pepper to suit your preferences.
- Serve your salad over a bed of greens, on toasted bread, or with your favorite crackers!
Notes
Consider rinsing the canned salmon to reduce sodium content. For extra flavor, mix in a squeeze of fresh lemon juice or a splash of hot sauce.
