Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 8 ounces pasta (your choice)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 1 cup corn (frozen or fresh)
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook the shredded chicken over medium heat, adding BBQ sauce once heated through.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chicken, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, onion, and corn.
