Description

A hearty one-pot meal featuring ground beef, garlic, pasta, and a creamy sauce, perfect for family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 ounces pasta (your choice)
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until cooked through. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Stir in the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the pasta, beef broth, and a touch of salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the pasta is al dente.
  4. Once the pasta is cooked, stir in the heavy cream and let simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and Parmesan cheese before serving.

Notes

Feel free to swap pasta types or adjust cream amounts to suit your preferences. For additional flavor, incorporate a splash of Worcestershire sauce or a pinch of red pepper flakes during cooking.
