Description

A delightful meal combining hearty beef with comforting pasta in a rich, creamy sauce.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (your choice)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated cheese (cheddar or parmesan)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté the onions until translucent.
  3. Add minced garlic and ground beef, cooking until the beef is browned.
  4. Pour in the beef broth, allowing it to simmer for a few minutes.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and cheese, mixing until smooth.
  6. Combine the pasta with the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
  7. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot!

Notes

For a lighter version, swap heavy cream for half-and-half or a plant-based alternative. Add herbs like thyme or basil for enhanced flavor.
