Description

A nutritious twist on a classic dessert, these blueberry cheesecake overnight oats combine creamy yogurt, oats, and fresh blueberries for a delicious breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (or any yogurt of choice)
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the rolled oats, Greek yogurt, and milk. Stir well until combined.
  2. Add cream cheese, honey, vanilla extract, and chia seeds if using. Mix until creamy and smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the blueberries, being careful not to crush them.
  4. Divide the mixture among jars or containers, seal with lids, and refrigerate overnight.
  5. Serve chilled in the morning, topping with additional blueberries or a drizzle of honey if desired.

Notes

These oats can also serve as a healthy snack or dessert. Pair with fruit, nut butter, or granola for added texture.
