Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (or any yogurt of choice)
- 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix the rolled oats, Greek yogurt, and milk. Stir well until combined.
- Add cream cheese, honey, vanilla extract, and chia seeds if using. Mix until creamy and smooth.
- Gently fold in the blueberries, being careful not to crush them.
- Divide the mixture among jars or containers, seal with lids, and refrigerate overnight.
