Description

A delightful morning treat combining cheesecake flavors and fresh blueberries for a quick and nutritious breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1 cup milk (any kind)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries (or frozen)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional toppings: nuts, seeds, or additional fruit

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the rolled oats, Greek yogurt, and milk until thoroughly mixed.
  2. Stir in honey or maple syrup, followed by the vanilla extract.
  3. Gently fold in the fresh blueberries, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a jar or container with a lid.
  5. Seal tightly and refrigerate overnight for at least 6-8 hours.
  6. In the morning, give it a good stir and add extra toppings if desired before enjoying.

Notes

For a creamier texture, use a 2:1 ratio of liquid to oats. These oats can last up to five days in the refrigerator and can be warmed if preferred.
