Description

A delightful dish combining tender chicken in a rich Alfredo sauce, served in warm, toasty bread bowls for an interactive dining experience.

Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken breasts, diced
  • 8 oz Fettuccine or your favorite pasta
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • 4 Hollowed-out bread bowls (Italian or sourdough)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta al dente according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add diced chicken to the skillet, season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce thickens.
  5. Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce and chicken, mixing until fully coated.
  6. Carefully ladle the pasta and sauce into the bread bowls.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For a smoother sauce, allow the cheese to come to room temperature before adding it. Feel free to customize the ingredients for dietary preferences.
