Ingredients
- 2 Chicken breasts, diced
- 8 oz Fettuccine or your favorite pasta
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- 4 Hollowed-out bread bowls (Italian or sourdough)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta al dente according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add diced chicken to the skillet, season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce thickens.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce and chicken, mixing until fully coated.
- Carefully ladle the pasta and sauce into the bread bowls.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
