Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Pasta or rice for serving
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
- In a bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined. Pour over the chicken.
- Layer the fresh spinach on top of the sauce.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
- Serve the chicken and creamy sauce over cooked pasta or rice.
