Description

A comforting and creamy Crockpot Chicken Florentine with tender chicken and vibrant spinach, perfect for busy weeknights or family brunch.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Pasta or rice for serving


Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined. Pour over the chicken.
  3. Layer the fresh spinach on top of the sauce.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
  5. Serve the chicken and creamy sauce over cooked pasta or rice.

Notes

Feel free to substitute chicken breasts with thighs for added flavor, or use low-fat cream for a lighter option.
