Description

A delightful blend of tender chicken, zesty butter sauce, and perfectly cooked linguine that transforms an ordinary meal into something special.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound of chicken breast, diced
  • 8 ounces of linguine
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of chili powder (adjust as desired)
  • 1/4 cup of fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)


Instructions

  1. Begin by cooking the linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Introduce the diced chicken into the skillet, seasoning with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and chili powder. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink in the center, about 7-10 minutes.
  4. Add the cooked linguine to the skillet, tossing to combine thoroughly.
  5. Stir in the chopped parsley and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.

Notes

For a different flavor, substitute chicken with shrimp or add vegetables like spinach or cherry tomatoes. Consider adding lemon juice or red pepper flakes for extra flavor.
