Description

A creamy and flavorful dish combining tender chicken, zesty spices, and pasta, perfect for family dinners or entertaining guests.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz linguine (or pasta of your choice)
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (plus more for garnish)
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add the diced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic, smoked paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder; cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring to a gentle simmer and allow to thicken slightly.
  5. Add the drained linguine to the skillet, tossing to coat in the creamy sauce. Mix in fresh parsley just before serving.

Notes

For a vegetarian version, use chickpeas in place of chicken. You can also enhance the dish by adding spinach or bell peppers.
