Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crock pot.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the ranch seasoning, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and chicken broth until well combined.
- Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken in the crock pot.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is cooked through and fork-tender.
- Shred the chicken in the crock pot and stir it into the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream. Add fresh herbs or spices for extra flavor.
