Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked spaghetti
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a CrockPot, add the cooked spaghetti, shredded chicken, cream of mushroom soup, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, onion, bell pepper, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Gently stir everything together until well combined.
- Cover the CrockPot and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours.
- Just before serving, mix in the shredded cheese until it has melted beautifully.
- Serve warm and enjoy your deliciously comforting meal!

Feel free to swap chicken for turkey or use gluten-free pasta. Garnish with parsley or basil for added flavor.
