Description

A comforting dish combining tender chicken with spaghetti, rich sauce, and gooey cheese, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked spaghetti
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a CrockPot, add the cooked spaghetti, shredded chicken, cream of mushroom soup, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, onion, bell pepper, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Gently stir everything together until well combined.
  3. Cover the CrockPot and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours.
  4. Just before serving, mix in the shredded cheese until it has melted beautifully.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy your deliciously comforting meal!

Notes

Feel free to swap chicken for turkey or use gluten-free pasta. Garnish with parsley or basil for added flavor.
