Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes

- 1/4 cup almond flour (for a keto option)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat until shimmering.
- Add the chicken breasts, cooking until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add chopped onions and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Incorporate sun-dried tomatoes, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes.
- Lower the heat, pour in heavy cream and stir in grated Parmesan until the sauce thickens.
- Return the chicken to the pan, coating in the sauce, and simmer for a few minutes.
