Description

A delectable chicken dish with rich garlic and Parmesan flavors, perfect for weeknight meals or special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it with the sauce. Simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half. This dish pairs well with steamed vegetables or pasta.
