Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to coat.
- Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.
- Pour in the heavy cream, stirring continuously. Mix in Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
- If using, add lemon juice for extra flavor.
- Toss the chicken bites in the sauce or drizzle over them. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Marinate chicken for deeper flavor. Cook on high heat for a golden-brown finish. Add cream on low heat to avoid curdling.
