Description

Rich and satisfying, this dish combines tender steak and pasta in a luscious sauce that’s sure to impress.

Ingredients

  • Steak (your choice of cut)
  • Pasta (any shape you love)
  • Garlic (fresh is best)
  • Heavy cream
  • Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Season the steak with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Sear until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove and let rest.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the Parmesan until melted and smooth.
  6. Slice the steak and add to the sauce, mixing well before incorporating the pasta.
  7. Toss to combine until everything is coated in the creamy sauce.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with a blend of Greek yogurt and milk. Consider marinating the steak for enhanced flavor.
