Description

A delightful blend of savory and tangy flavors with tender chicken in a zesty Caesar-inspired sauce, perfect for a busy weeknight.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Olive oil for cooking
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the chicken and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest briefly.
  5. Toss the chopped romaine and cherry tomatoes in the same skillet, stirring just until slightly wilted.
  6. Slice the chicken and return it to the skillet, drizzling the Caesar dressing over everything.
  7. Stir gently to combine, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  8. Serve immediately.
