Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Fresh basil (optional), for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, then sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Stir in the chopped sun-dried tomatoes and cook for a few minutes to meld the flavors.
- Mix in parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper until creamy.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet and pour the sauce over each fillet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Optionally, garnish with fresh basil before serving.
