Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

  • Fresh basil (optional), for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, then sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  3. Stir in the chopped sun-dried tomatoes and cook for a few minutes to meld the flavors.
  4. Mix in parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper until creamy.
  5. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet and pour the sauce over each fillet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Optionally, garnish with fresh basil before serving.

Notes

For a dairy-free option, use nutritional yeast. Ensure salmon is high-quality for best flavor.
