Description

A comforting and nutritious breakfast that combines the classic flavors of peanut butter and jelly with the convenience of overnight oats.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1-2 tablespoons jelly (flavor of your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional for extra texture)
  • Fresh fruit (like bananas or berries, optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mason jar or bowl, combine rolled oats, chia seeds, and milk.
  2. Stir in peanut butter until fully incorporated.
  3. Add jelly and mix gently to create swirls.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
  5. Before serving, stir well and top with fresh fruit if desired.

Notes

For best texture, use rolled oats rather than instant oats. These oats can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
