Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the ranch dressing, sour cream, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix well.
  3. Place chicken breasts in a greased baking dish and pour the creamy mixture over the top, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the coated chicken.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
