Description

A refreshing blend of flaky salmon and crisp romaine, all enveloped in a creamy Caesar dressing perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 head of Romaine lettuce
  • 2 fillets of baked salmon, flaked
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1 cup croutons
  • 1/4 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Hard-boil the eggs: Place the eggs in a pot of water, bring to a boil, then simmer for about 10 minutes. Cool in cold water, peel, and slice.
  2. Bake the salmon: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Season salmon with salt and pepper and bake for 15-20 minutes until opaque and flaky. Cool slightly and flake into large pieces.
  3. Assemble the salad: In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine, flaked salmon, and sliced eggs.
  4. Dress and toss: Drizzle Caesar dressing over the salad and toss gently.
  5. Add the finishing touches: Top with croutons and shaved Parmesan.
  6. Season and serve: Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed and serve immediately.
