Ingredients
- 1 head of Romaine lettuce
- 2 fillets of baked salmon, flaked
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1 cup croutons
- 1/4 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Hard-boil the eggs: Place the eggs in a pot of water, bring to a boil, then simmer for about 10 minutes. Cool in cold water, peel, and slice.
- Bake the salmon: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Season salmon with salt and pepper and bake for 15-20 minutes until opaque and flaky. Cool slightly and flake into large pieces.
- Assemble the salad: In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine, flaked salmon, and sliced eggs.
- Dress and toss: Drizzle Caesar dressing over the salad and toss gently.
- Add the finishing touches: Top with croutons and shaved Parmesan.
