Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Add the pork chops to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through. Remove them and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sliced mushrooms. Sauté until tender and fragrant, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the fresh spinach and cook until just wilted.
- Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine, and let it simmer for a few minutes to thicken slightly.
- Return the pork chops to the skillet and coat them in the creamy sauce.
- Let everything cook together for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
