Ingredients
- 1 lb steak, cubed
- 4 cups potatoes, diced

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream

- Optional: fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add cubed steak and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned.
- Toss in chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until softened and fragrant.
- Pour in beef broth and bring to a gentle boil.
- Add diced potatoes, reduce heat, and allow to simmer for 15–20 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
- Stir in heavy cream and season with salt and pepper to taste.
