Description

Colorful and flavorful veggie pinwheels, perfect for gatherings or snacks, wrapped in soft tortillas.


Ingredients

  • Large flour or whole wheat tortillas
  • Cream cheese or spread (flavored cream cheese, hummus, or dairy-free spread)
  • Bell peppers, cucumbers, carrots, and spinach
  • Fresh dill, chives, or garlic powder
  • Optional: sliced turkey or chicken


Instructions

  1. Spread a generous layer of cream cheese or spread onto the tortilla.
  2. Layer your choice of vegetables over the spread, distributing them evenly.
  3. Sprinkle with any herbs or spices you like for added flavor.
  4. Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other, ensuring all the filling stays inside.
  5. Wrap in plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
