Description

Delicious and easy-to-make chicken wraps that burst with flavor, perfect for busy weeknights and family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup mixed salad greens
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, season the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, ensuring each piece is well coated.
  3. Place the seasoned chicken in the air fryer basket, cooking for 12–15 minutes until crispy and fully cooked. Use a meat thermometer to check for 165°F (74°C) internal temperature.
  4. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into strips.
  5. Lay out your tortillas and distribute the salad greens, sliced chicken, and mozzarella cheese evenly among them.
  6. Tightly roll each tortilla around the fillings.
  7. For an extra crunch, place the wraps back in the air fryer for an additional 2–3 minutes.
  8. Slice the wraps diagonally and serve warm.

Notes

Wrap leftovers tightly in plastic wrap or store in an airtight container for up to three days. Reheat in air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 5–7 minutes.
